香港回歸十七年，今年的七一遊行，參與的市民表達各種訴求——有的爭取2017真普選，有的不滿立法會財委會通過東北發展前期撥款議案；梁耀忠慨嘆議會不能代表市民發聲，已失去其意義，林煥光則認為市民表達的訴求很清晰，但「走上街」不能處理矛盾；遊行當晚，逾五百市民響應學聯發起的預演佔中。特區政府表示會聆聽民意，但民怨加劇，民間與政府的對立越趨激烈，政府施政更見困難。 (七一遊行 普選 公民抗命 政府管治 香港回歸 民意)
