This article is the product of over 10 years of study of social work research. It explores the academization of Swedish social work according to three phases: the establishment of a social work discipline, the consolidation of the discipline, and the challenges ahead. It also examines the challenges facing doctoral research in the social work discipline in China. The establishment of the discipline depends on stakeholders both within the academic sphere and outside it. Social work is a discipline that must achieve legitimacy in both the academic context and the political/professional context.Summary: 專業的地位與誠信來自於自身知識體系的建設。本文基於對社會工作研究十多年的考察,從三個階段探討瑞典社會工作的學術化:社會工作專業建立期、社會工作專業鞏固期及未來的挑戰。本文也檢視了中國社會工作專業在博士生層面的研究所面對的挑戰。專業的建立依賴於學術領域內外兩方面的利益相關者,社會工作專業合法性的獲得需要同時考慮學術領域以及政治/專業領域的相關背景。
