Therefore, social work educators have to reflect firstly about how the education system, as an important component of social structure and dominant ideologies, affects thoughts and behaviours of people. In the education process, social work students become reflective and active social workers so that they will be able to assist clients to deal with personal troubles and to handle practical social problems.Summary: 本文從社會工作的專業價值觀和專業視角出發,認為解決當代中國的個人困擾和社會問題需要反思並改變其背後的社會結構和主導意識形態。因此,社會工作教育者需要首先反思作為現行社會結構重要組成部分的教育制度對人們日常生活思維和行為的影響,然後通過教育過程,將這種反思傳遞給社會工作學生,同時通過培養他們的反思性和行動力,使未來的社會工作者可以在不同的社會工作實務領域,幫助服務對像有效地應對個人困擾和社會問題。
